Asamoah Gyan, the general captain of Ghana’s senior national team, the Black Stars, has met with Ras Nene and his acting crew, who have been going viral for months.
In photos obtained by Buzzgh.com, the seasoned footballer was seen with Ras Nene, also known as Dr Likee, Shifo, Kwaku Manu, Kyekyeku, 39 40, and Fillaman.
The squad claimed to have approached the former Sunderland striker to share their gratitude for his support.
The footballer interacted with the actors and skit makers in the images shared by Kumawood star Kwaku Manu.
Asamoah Gyan will most likely welcome the opportunity to meet Ras Nene in person, as the comedian is known for using him as a shoot line to attract attractive women.
In many of Ras Nene’s skits, he is seen holding a football and telling ladies that he is the teammate of Ghana’s all-time leading goalscorer.
Much of the time, he puts a false phone call and pretends to be chatting Ga with Asamoah Gyan to make the ladies believe him.
