Kenneth Kyeremateng, better known as Kwame Yogot, a talented Ghanaian hiphop musician, has admitted that he is Ghana’s longest-serving underground artist.
For the years he has been there, no Ghanaian artist has been underworld for as long as he has.
Kwame Yogot announced during an interview with Kastle FM that he has been an underground act for 11 years.
“True, if anyone claims Kwame Yogot is Ghana’s longest-serving underground musician, I believe I would agree with them.
Yes, I have been making music and working in the underground for over 11 years. As an underground artiste, I have featured every major artiste in Ghana on my songs.
I have featured a lot of big artistes like Castro in 2010 and so I have been underground for a long time I’m not today’s Kwame Yogot
Kwame Yogot eventually broke through to the mainstream after releasing his monstrous banger ‘Biibi Besi,’ which starred Kuami Eugene and earned nominations at the 3Music Awards and the VGMA22.
