The main secondhand market in Ghana is Kantamanto in Accra.
Kantamanto is well known for its used clothes deals, but with their flashy lifestyles and how they brag, it is not the best location you can imagine your favorite celebrities to shop for their apparel.
Andrea Owusu, better known as Efia Odo, a Ghanaian TV host and video vixen, went to Katamanto to shop for secondhand clothing. She said that the market is one of the best places to go clothing shopping, and that she will return.
“Just came back from thrift shopping for the first time in kantamanto and trust me I will go back!!! Kantamanto is underrated ,” she tweeted.
However, some social media users suspect Efia made her shopping trip to Kantamanto public because she was noticed and might be exposed.
Simply stated, she had to be the first to announce it before someone else did so, in order to avoid embarrassment on social media.
